First Apple G&T

Ingredients:

6 cl First Gin
12 cl plain tonic, eg Åhus Original
1 disc Granny Smith
1 sprig of rosemary
Ice

Instructions:
Put (lots!) of ice cubes in a glass.
Pour in gin and top up with tonic.
Garnish with apple and rosemary

First Collins

Ingredients:

5 cl First Gin
3 cl fresh lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup
soda water
lemon
Ice

Instructions:
Pour the gin, lemon juice and syrup into a shaker
Fill with ice and shake
Fill a straight highball glass with ice and strain the drink into the glass
Top with soda water
Garnish with lemon

First Dry Martini

Ingredients:

5 cl First Gin
1 cl dry vermouth, ex Noilly Prat
green olives, larger, for serving
Ice

Instructions:

Chill a tall cocktail glass properly in the fridge or freezer.
Fill another, large glass with ice, gin and wemouth. stir a few turns with a spoon.
Strain into the cocktail glass and garnish with the olives.
